If you’ve been following this philosophy and struggled to lose weight, the clean part might need to be more than 80%.
Some people adopt the “go hard or go home” on the weekends, looking at Monday as the fresh start to getting back on the wagon.
The problem is that your calories for the week can be all kinds of off.
3500 calories in 1 pound of fat. And it’s pretty easy to eat all of that in a weekend.
Keep your goals in mind on the weekends, too. There are tons of ways to have fun and eat well, while still staying on track with your health.
