Sometimes the scale reflects and upward motion, but is it really fat gain?
Bloating – aka water retention – happens for a variety of reasons:

If you ate late at night and went to sleep, your body spent the night digesting instead of fully resting, so you may wake up with a little pooch.
This is not actual fat gain – it’s just bloating – so do not go restricting or over-exercising. Instead, stay hydrated and move as you normally would.

- Warm water with lemon
- Water + apple cider vinegar + lemon juice + baking soda
