Are you really not losing weight? Sometimes the scale just won’t budge, BUT your clothes fit better, you FEEL better, and pictures don’t lie.
Next time the scale is making you feel bad, take some measurements, try on your skinny jeans, and pose for some photos.
The scale is literally just your relationship with gravity.
